Once every year, the biggest biomed event takes place in Tel-Aviv. More than six thousands industry players, scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs flock to the ILSI-BioMed conference, held in David InterContinental Hotel to celebrate the National Life Science & Technology Week. This year, the 9^th ILSI-BioMed Conference will be held on June 14-16, and will focus on:

• The role of innovation, its source – industry or academia? Who will pay for it? – venture capital or large medical and biopharma companies?
• Regulatory changes and their impact on innovation
• Does personalized medicine mean smaller target markets?
• Who is better suited to commercialize future “niche” products? Large players or innovative fully integrated companies. How would it impact business models?
